Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal, and move toward their natural state of harmony and health. In this state, we can best lead enjoyable, productive lives. Unfortunately, there are many barriers to healing in our modern culture. My goal as a practitioner is to help you remove these barriers and support you body’s innate ability to heal.
The tools I use include:
- Gentle chiropractic adjustments to balance the nervous system and the body’s physical structure.
- Acupuncture treatments to normalize energy flow through the body
- Nutrition counseling to help provide the raw materials your body needs to function and rebuild.
- Education. You have the ability to do more for your own health than any doctor could – if you have the right information and motivation. I am happy to share the best resources and information I have with you.
